The 1968 Omega Constellation Ref. 168.019 is a refined and elegant example of Omega’s flagship chronometer line from the late 1960s, a period when the Constellation range represented the brand’s highest standard of precision and finishing. The case design is crisp and balanced, offering a timeless silhouette that works equally well as a dress or everyday watch.

The dial is a standout feature, finished in a silver sparkle texture that catches the light beautifully and adds depth without overpowering the design. Applied hour markers and slim hands maintain the clean, luxurious aesthetic expected of the Constellation line, while the subtle dial detailing reflects Omega’s attention to refinement during this era. The overall look is understated yet unmistakably premium.

Powering the watch is the automatic Calibre 751 chronometer-certified movement, underscoring the Constellation’s reputation for accuracy and reliability. Fitted on a mesh-style bracelet, the watch wears comfortably on the wrist while enhancing its vintage character. The Ref. 168.019 remains a highly appealing choice for collectors seeking classic Omega design paired with genuine chronometer pedigree.
